He loves the people here, the geography here, and the access to the outdoors! Over the past 15 years, Eli has made it his passion to help organizations across the state scale more efficiently (and effectively) by way of the fractional HR and HRIS space he has grown up in. When his team at Employer Flexible can support the team of a growing organization by leveraging the HRIS platform they provide for employee data consolidation, that’s as good as it gets for Eli. He enjoys seeing the blessing of Employer Flexible’s concept and systems come together for the leadership and key stakeholders of any organization, whether that’s 5 employees or 105 employees.
