While much of my career was spent in executive and leadership roles for telecommunication and software companies, there are universal sales fundamentals and best practices that apply regardless of industry. My tenure includes start-up organizations as well as companies that have been in business for over 50 years. This extensive experience provides unique insights as to what strategies, sales infrastructure, and accountability are required to act as a sales architect and builder and to support organizations that are struggling to realize sales and/or are suffering from flat or declining sales.

Eli Johnson

Eli has a love for Montana! With his parents moving he and his four siblings from Oklahoma to Montana in 1991, it was one of the greatest decisions of all time for the Johnsons. He loves the people here, the geography here, and the access to the outdoors! Over the past 15 years, Eli has made it his passion to help organizations across the state scale more efficiently (and effectively) by way of the fractional HR and HRIS space he has grown up in. When his team at Employer Flexible can support the team of a growing organization by leveraging the HRIS platform they provide for employee data consolidation, that’s as good as it gets for Eli. He enjoys seeing the blessing of Employer Flexible’s concept and systems come together for the leadership and key stake holders of any organization, whether that’s 5 employees or 105 employees.

With a leadership and entrepreneurial bent, Eli thinks and lives like the Montana business owner, helping countless companies across MT. A husband to his wife Lindsey a dad to four super rad kids, Eli is a believer that there is strength found within every team. Products and service offerings vary from company to company, but the need to increase capacity of the team is nearly always the same. At the end of the day, it’s always about people….let’s help em’ get better…and sometimes that’s simply better systems.

Scott is an executive performance coach and navy veteran dedicated to high-performance, empowerment, and teamwork. Scott spent two decades in the high-stakes world of naval aviation. His service culminated with command of Helicopter Sea Combat Weapons School Atlantic, where he standardized tactics for the largest air wing in naval aviation. The assignment solidified Scott’s uncompromising belief that effective communication, engaged leadership, and teamwork are the foundation of highly successful organizations.

In his post-Navy career, Scott designed and delivered programming for The COMMIT Foundation, the premier veteran transition organization in the nation. Over four years, he successfully scaled transition services focused on identity, purpose, and choice. He now owns an executive coaching practice focused on CEOs, business owners, and senior executives dedicated to becoming their best, most inspired selves through private (invitation only) peer advisory groups and individual programming. Cultivating environments where teams thrive requires leaders with the utmost self-awareness and grounded confidence. Alignment between an individual’s inner purpose and strengths with an organization’s goals and strategies creates a domino effect of courageous leadership and high-performance.

Scott has built his post-Navy life in Bozeman, Montana with his wife of 20 years and two teenage sons.
